This roundtable is comprised of a group of high-achieving individuals who want to develop their leadership skills, learn how they can leverage their unique abilities to help their family’s business to thrive, and build lasting relationships with peers navigating the nuances of working in a family business.

  • This group is for executives and high-level managers who work in small businesses. Members learn strategies for effective communication, learn about creating appropriate boundaries with subordinates, learn tips to help create a balanced life, and develop relationships with other high-level executives.

  • This group is for owners of small businesses who want to better themselves as leaders and help their businesses and employees to thrive. Members have a confidential space to share experiences and discuss emotionally charged, pressing issues that they face as business owners.
